How Sociverse handles submitted information.
This page explains how information submitted through the Sociverse website is used for the guided concierge, free growth audit and project enquiry experience.
Information collected
The free growth audit collects business context such as brand name, industry, offer, audience, business stage, goals, challenges, active channels, optional website URL and optional additional context.
The project conversation collects service need, project summary, timeline, optional budget, name, email, optional company, optional phone and optional audit summary when a visitor chooses to discuss an audit.
How information is used
- Audit inputs are used to generate the on-page AI growth audit.
- Project enquiry details are used to respond to the visitor's request.
- Unfinished concierge answers are stored only in session storage on the visitor's device.
- Project contact details are not sent to Gemini.
Third-party services
The AI audit uses the Gemini API through a secure server-side endpoint. Project enquiry and confirmation emails are delivered through Brevo using server-side credentials.
Retention and requests
Sociverse keeps submitted enquiries only as long as needed to review, respond and maintain business records. Visitors can request correction or deletion of submitted information through the same reply thread used for the enquiry.
